All Wrapped Up Book Review – By C F White

Woo, this book! It had me feeling all kinds of things, so of course, I wanted to do a book review on it! Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect with the cute elf on the front cover, but if there’s one thing I love, it’s elves.

While giving it a read I found it had so my depth, so many underlying stories that we could all benefit and learn from and it wrecked my soul and had me in tears! It had me wanting to bake cookies and give them out just to see the smile on peoples faces this Christmas, honestly it was such a great read and looking past all of that, I wouldn’t mind a Santa Rick or a naughty Jayden elf any day of the week!

All Wrapped Up Rating – 4.45/5

I really enjoyed this festive piece of art. It read so smoothly and it’s one of my higher-rated Christmas books, some of which I never finished and you’d never see a review from them. If you’re looking for a decent Christmas MM book with a sprinkle of naughty elf spice, this is the one you need to get your hands on!

All Wrapped Up Plot – 4.8

The plot was super easy to follow, it made sense and it made me want to carry on reading. It flowed with ease and I didn’t get bored once which is always a good sign when reading! One thing I will say is that at times it lacked a certain spark and was a little wordy but that’s just my preference and I still loved it.

All Wrapped Up Charachters – 4

I liked the majority of characters within the book, there were a few that irritated me, Nit, Emily and Simeon for starters but I loved Jayden and Rick to the point where I could almost forgive the others for sucking a little bit.

One thing I didn’t like was “Nits”. I don’t know what it was but it felt like she had multiple personalities within the book and was always in a different frame of mind, not celebrating Christmas but going out and buy presents confused me. I hated Aaron, there’s a book about him coming out so I hope he redeems himself as I WILL be reading it.

All Wrapped Up Emotional Factor – 4.5

Oh dear, I was crying my eyes out in the last few chapters and I loved it. My heart was aching, my jaw hurt from smiling and the irritation I felt when Jayden or Rick did the wrong thing had me shouting at the book! If you want an emotional rollercoaster, get All Wrapped Up by C F White!

All Wrapped Up Ending – 4.5

I hate endings; they’re normally done really badly, but I have to admit I didn’t hate the ending this time. There weren’t really any missing details, and it put a smile on my face. The epilogue cleared things up nicely, even if I would have liked a little more.

The ending was so fucking sweet! The way they built their dreams, how that dickhead Derick got what was coming to him, it was all wrapped up really well with a big red bow on top. I normally hate endings but this one was one I loved. Even the ring description was an amazing added touch.

All Wrapped Up Spice – 3

I don’t include spice ratings in book ratings because some books have spice and others just don’t. All Wrapped Up did have spice and it wasn’t just suggestive. The spice was put in at the right times and by god was it hot.

I’ve never read a book with so much rimming action in it, I mean dam Rick liked peach! It was hot although what I more call fantasy sex, I mean two gays aren’t going to start rimming after being in an elf costume all day but that’s besides the point. Spice was good and slotted in where it was needed and wasn’t too little or too much.
